Today the problem of juvenile delinquency is a complex and serious problem that happens everywhere and took a lot of public attention. Acts of juvenile delinquency are likely to increase even beyond reasonable limits. Nothing could be more cases of juvenile delinquency has increased along the development of globalization and the increasingly sophisticated information technology. This is a tragic reality that must be faced by a teenager at this time when teens are not ready to equip ourselves with the tools of morality.
If we are a little glimpse into the rear, would not be an adolescent teenager anciently was strategic, that adolescents who are able to put themselves in a central position in life, character, critical and intelligent. Teenagers or young men in every phase of ancient history are as an activator of the changing times. However, when compared with today, we see many teenagers who adopt the system of the western lifestyle, where ethics begin oriental slowly dashed. Teens today tend consumptive, instant and emotional.
So what steps should we do to restore youth to the central position and how we should educate teenagers strategic?

Looks like we have to agree if the first step we should do to tackle juvenile delinquency is to identify the root cause or causes of juvenile delinquency itself. In this case it could be because of several factors that trigger the problem, we see problems that commonly occur in adolescents: (1) The existence of problems or conflicts is buried and an identity crisis, (2) lack of supervision and parental affection, and (3) failure educational process at school.

Adolescence is a period when someone searches for identity feelings tend to be unstable and difficult to regulate emotions. Thus adolescence is vulnerable to conflicts of pique small-buried resentment and one day will explode into a separate problem. A teenager who failed to resolve the conflict usually will run on negative things, such as alcohol and drugs are regarded as the best solution to overcome the problems being faced. In addition, juvenile delinquency is also triggered because of an identity crisis. In adolescence is often appearing negative behavior. Starting from feeling insecure, not confident and do not feel worthy, then they make it happen with other measures which seemed to make him more valuable, by seeking recognition and attention from the environment and her friends. From this came the fights between teenagers in order to obtain recognition of their environment.

Juvenile delinquency usually occurs in adolescents who failed to undergo the processes of development of his soul, both as a teenager and in his childhood. Damage morals of a child and teenager can result from one of the mistakes of their parents as in terms of educating a child too hard, the family who is having problems. This is where the important role of parents in controlling and supervising the baby, many parents today think that with the facilities and material that they provide enough represented in replacing their role at home, though a very youth need is attention and affection from both their parents. That need to be remembered by both parents is that if a child or adolescent get less attention from parents, chances are she will grow into a child and adolescent temperamental. The child want be free in doing all things without any control.
In addition, the failure of the education / learning can lead to juvenile delinquency. Because education has a very important role in the lives of especially the youth, because with education can change something that is not good for the better, education as an indicators of the first and foremost. Where education becomes a source of all knowledge, and various scientific needed by humans in building a nation. The higher the value of science, the more advanced civilization as well, which means the advancement of a nation. But the education available today, many have deflection. Judging from the definition alone, which was originally a form of educational guidance to enhance self-knowledge and capacity, are now beginning to shift into a form of degree of social identity. Many educated person so as not to lose prestige, just to get social status.
Formal institutions and non-formal education was just being a haven from the house back to the house. And the learning processes just spare time filler. Implementation of the education process has now become a process that does not change the alias monotonous. Teachers come to school to teach by teaching the same. So it is with students, they come to school, listening to the explanation and then come home. It is a learning process that took place without any changes. Until we see a peak in recent mass media frequently reported criminal acts occurring in educational institutions, especially formal institutions. The best solution to educate youth that the strategic sense, it seems that the first is we must change the education system. Not only from a teacher (educator at school) but also for the parents (educators at home). For parents, they must realize that the essence of a teenager doing the naughtiness or criminal acts that constituted because they want attention and are considered important (recognized) by the surrounding environment. Simple things parents can do, such as when children come home from school enthusiastically welcome him, ask how his lessons at school, how do her homework, she approached invite him to tell each other, if they see a child is depressed, ask him what the problem is, so people Parents can find out how the condition of the child and provide the best solutions for them. With this can help prevent the children to move closer to drugs / alcohol to cope with any problem.

In addition, to overcome all the problems that held today teenagers, should we return all of these issues to religious education as a solution or best solution? Religious education is important for adolescents, because it is the pure doctrine comes from God which is based on the Quran and as-Sunnah. By equipping a strong religious education in adolescents, this will help young people to fortify themselves in a teenager from the bad influence the changing times.

Islamic religious education holds an important aspect in human life because education is a way of life for human beings to perfection of human character as written in a hadith which says that Allah revealed Islam in this world is the perfection of human morality. And thus can say that much moral degradation that occurs in young people today because of the lack of religious education they receive. We see in schools, religious instruction began shifting to non-religious subjects. Yet we know that real science will not be balanced without the underlying with religious education. For that the education system needs a dynamic, capable of optimizing the teaching of religion in schools so that the non-religious education and religious balance that can happen to walk together in the learning process at school, so that the youth are not only experts in the field of non-religious but also rich will be a qualified religious knowledge, so that after all the bad influence the changing times will not affect the lives of teenagers.
Every effort is also the best solution we must continue to try for the sake of change and strategic adolescent mental improvement, so that young adults are able to re-position themselves in a good position as the successor of the nation, independence filler tough and reliable, as stated in the hadith that "advanced a nation depends on its youth.
